5. AI Visualizer Renders

Images generated by the AI Visualizer are illustrative previews intended to convey design direction and feel. They are not architectural drawings or construction documents and do not constitute a guarantee of materials, dimensions, or final appearance. Actual built results depend on engineering, permitting, material availability, and site conditions, all of which are addressed during the formal design and contract phase.

6. User Submissions

Any content you submit via contact forms, the AI Visualizer, or email may be used by us for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, preparing proposals, and executing and following up on your project. No mobile phone information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

7. SMS Communications

We send text messages only to individuals who have given prior express written consent to receive them, as required by the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227) and the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (Fla. Stat. § 501.059). Providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our forms constitutes that consent. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Customers who opt in accept that message frequency varies and may include appointment reminders, service or order information, AI render-result notifications, and project updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance. Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out at any time; you may also opt out by contacting us using the details in Section 16. We do not send telephonic sales calls or text messages outside the hours permitted by Florida law.

We collect customer data via our website, as described in our Privacy Policy. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, MC Enterprises of South Florida will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Site, the AI Visualizer, or any promotion offered through the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MC Enterprises of South Florida from any claims arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You and we agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site indicates your acceptance.
